Our products can be refunded while still in Awaiting Fulfillment status by emailing info@cakebites.biz
Refunds will take 3-5 business days after the original charge is settled.
To be eligible for a product refund/return, please make sure that:

The product is in its original packaging
- Take pictures of the product

You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
- Do not actually return the product as you will not be reimbursed for shipping
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please immediately take pictures and notify for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
